With an academic foundation comprising a B.Sc, Master of Engineering, and MBA, Chief Jagun is an alumnus of UMBC, Johns Hopkins University, and the Robert H. Smith School of Business University of Maryland. He also holds several key certifications including Certified Scrum Master, Six Sigma Belt, and AWS Cloud Essentials.

Currently, he serves as the Financial and Contract Compliance Manager for Johns Hopkins Medical Management Corporation (JHMMC). In this role, he manages budget variances, review accruals towards the Financial Income Statement quarterly, oversees approved vendor contracts, and serves as comptroller of financial reports and project financials. He also supervises purchase order operations and invoice management, ensuring financial compliance and operational efficiency.

Chief Jagun’s project management excellence is demonstrated in his prior role as an IT PMO Consultant for Marriott International, where he led over 120 projects across 8 portfolios with a combined revenue of $275 million. He played a pivotal role in enhancing data quality from 49.14% to 99.78% using Power BI, transforming stakeholder engagement and reporting.

He also held key roles as a Senior Systems Analyst with PwC – Public Sector, supporting federal clients such as the Department of Defense and the U.S. Treasury, and as Global Administrator Consultant for the International Baccalaureate, where he managed operations across four continents and contributed to a 17% increase in student enrollment, while supporting systems serving over 1.4 million students.
