Sobola and Company, he leads a firm celebrated for delivering cutting-edge surveying solutions across Nigeria.

He’s academic journey in surveying began at the esteemed Federal School of Surveying in Oyo, Nigeria, where he earned his Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Higher National Diploma (HND), and Professional Diploma in Surveying and Geoinformatics. He is a registered member of the Surveyors Council of Nigeria (SURCON), holding Registration No. 3968, and actively participates in both the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors (NIS) and the Association of Private Practicing Surveyors of Nigeria (APPSN).

Throughout his career, Mr. Sobola has led and executed numerous projects for a diverse clientele, including individuals, real estate developers, government agencies, and corporate organizations. His expertise encompasses a wide range of surveying disciplines such as perimeter and topographical surveys, land titling, layout design, position setting out, as-built surveys, height distribution, and volume determination. Notably, he played a pivotal role in the Lagos-Ibadan Rail Line Project, overseeing the right-of-way setting out, which underscores his commitment to infrastructural development in Nigeria.

In addition to his role at Y. O. Sobola and Company, He serves as the Survey Manager for FIDIPOTE ROYALTIES LIMITED, further demonstrating his trusted expertise in the industry.
